Web Status
A Web Status server is licensed for concurrent users. Server ordinals are groups of concurrent users that must be assigned to a web server when it is enabled.
Web Status Server
The Web Status Server view shows the detailed records of your Web Status servers.
To Create a New Web Status Server License Record
- Click the Web Status Server icon in the left panel.
- Click the Create New button.
- Type in the name of the Web Server.
- Click Create New Record.
- With the newly created record still selected, click the Edit button.
- Click the Enable button to enable the web server.
- Click to select the Server Ordinal and the associated Maximum User Count that will be assigned to the server.
- Click Set Ordinal.
- Click Done.
To Edit a Web Status Server License Record
- Click the Web Status Server icon in the left panel.
- Select a server record in the list and click the Edit button.
- In the Status Server box, type the IP address and virtual sub-site name if one exists (for example, 192.164.1.35/Web View).
- In the UIS Command box, type the name of the UIS command that can be issued by users then click the Change UIS Command button to apply the change.
- Click Change to save the changes to the record.
- Click Done.
To Clear Server Ordinals for a Web Server
- The server must be in the enabled status to clear Server Ordinals.
- Select the server record you wish to un-assign concurrent users from.
- Click the Edit button.
- Click the Change button located beneath the Max Users box.
- Click the Clear Ordinal button.
- Click Yes to confirm the clearing of the ordinals.
- Click Done.
To View the Number of Users per Web Status Server
- Click the Web Status Server icon in the left panel.
- Click the Column Selection button.
- Click to check the Web Max Users option
- Click Done.
To view the number of users currently online, you must use the web server .asp admin page.
